We ship to most countries and territories worldwide, including major markets such as:

  • Many other destinations across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and beyond

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping speed (standard or expedited)

Rates vary by destination and order details — the exact cost is clearly shown before you complete payment. We do not offer free shipping thresholds at this time; all orders are charged standard shipping fees as calculated.

We partner with trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and regional couriers to ensure secure, trackable delivery.

Delivery Times
Estimated transit times (from dispatch):

  • Asia: 3–7 business days
  • North America, Europe, Australia: 5–14 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, peak seasons, or carrier schedules. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international orders, duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

We use Shopify’s duties and import taxes calculator to estimate these fees and display the total landed cost (product + shipping + estimated duties/taxes) at checkout — so you know the full amount before confirming your order.

These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or base shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs authority for estimated rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website or in your ATWS account (if logged in).

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking details. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue (replacement or refund where applicable).
