- Return Shipping: You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees in all cases, including defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable and insured service for your protection.
- Restocking Fee: None – we do not charge restocking fees.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in original condition, unused (or only lightly tested to verify the reported issue), with all original packaging, accessories (transmitters, receivers, power adapters, HDMI cables, manuals, etc.), tags, and protective elements intact. We perform a thorough inspection and functional testing (e.g., wireless pairing, 4K transmission, touchback) upon receipt.

Eligible Reasons: Returns are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defects or faults.
- Damage during shipping/delivery.
- Incorrect item received (wrong model or mismatch with order).
- Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as "final sale" and non-returnable (e.g., personalized/custom products, clearance items, or opened hygiene/safety-related components).
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos of the issue (e.g., no signal, damaged ports, wrong kit). We'll evaluate promptly and provide a replacement (preferred, if stock available) or full refund. While we cover shipping for any replacement we send, you handle return shipping for the original item.
