2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout and depend on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The weight and dimensions of the items
  • The selected shipping service (standard or expedited)
  • For eligible orders, faster shipping options may be available (e.g., through partner programs).

All costs are displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Shipping times vary by destination:
    • Hong Kong (local): 1–3 business days
    • United States and other international destinations: 7–14 business days (standard); faster options may be available at checkout
  • These are estimated times and do not include customs clearance delays (for international orders).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Tracking Your Order

Yes — every order receives a tracking number sent via email upon shipment. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through your ATWS account.

5. Carriers

We partner with reliable global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others (depending on destination and service selected) to ensure secure and trackable delivery.

6. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders (outside Hong Kong), any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order. Estimated duties and taxes (where applicable) may be displayed at checkout for transparency.

7. Shipping-Related Returns and Refunds

  • Return shipping: You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated customs duties or fees in all cases (including defective, damaged, or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • Replacements: If we approve a replacement due to damage during shipping or other eligible reasons, we cover the shipping cost for the replacement item sent to you.
